One of the highlights was a leadership simulation exercise, where participants from 11 different countries and regions assumed top, mid, and front-line management roles to solve real-life leadership challenges in a collaborative setting. <br><br>Another memorable moment was the 360-degree feedback session, where the leadership strengths and growth areas of 20 outstanding participants were explored and celebrated. <br><br>The ILP experience doesn’t end here. To ensure lasting impact, each participant will embark on an Action Learning Project over the next six months—a powerful, real-world initiative to track their leadership development and institutional contribution. <br><br>Quazi M.
